• You have up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time to cancel or reschedule without penalty. After this window, cancellations or reschedules will not be eligible for a refund or change. We have a zero-tolerance policy in place, so please plan accordingly.

• In the event of heavy rain or conditions that prevent us from performing our services effectively, we will offer free rescheduling. This offer is available until the last minute, ensuring flexibility in case of unexpected weather changes.
