WeWash SF LLC - Terms & Conditions of Service
1. Service Scope
WeWash SF LLC offers on-demand mobile car cleaning services for personal and commercial vehicles. Our core services include exterior washes, interior cleaning, and bundled packages. The results vary based on the condition of the vehicle. Service availability may vary based on location, weather, or scheduling volume.
2. Vehicle Condition & Liability Disclaimer
Customers must disclose any unusual conditions, aftermarket modifications, or mechanical issues before the service begins. WeWash SF LLC is not responsible for and not limited to:

Pre-existing scratches, dents, swirl marks, or fading paint

Damage to non-factory installations such as wraps, vinyl, body kits, or badges

Loose trim, mirrors, roof racks, or weather-sensitive elements

Poorly maintained parts or accessories that deteriorate during cleaning
Our team may perform a visual inspection and take photos, but we cannot guarantee full identification of all existing damage.
3. Interior Disclaimer
Interior services include vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, and applying safe interior cleaners to leather, vinyl, plastic, or cloth surfaces. We do not guarantee full removal of:

Permanent stains, pet hair, mold, or biohazards

Smoke or food odors embedded in upholstery

Deep-set grime or neglected areas
WeWash SF LLC uses safe, automotive-grade products and microfiber tools, but we are not liable for wear, discoloration, or damage to aged, sensitive, or aftermarket materials.
4. Valuables & Personal Items
Before the scheduled service, please ensure all personal items, electronics, and valuables are removed from the vehicle. WeWash SF LLC will not handle or remove personal belongings. If items are left behind, they may be moved carefully, but we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage. This includes cash, electronics, documents, jewelry, sunglasses, and other small or fragile items.
5. Photos & Documentation
WeWash SF LLC may take before-and-after photos or videos of your vehicle to document its condition and service quality. These may be used for internal documentation, training, or customer support. Unless you request otherwise, these images may also be used in promotional materials and online platforms. We respect your privacy and will not disclose license plates or personal information.
6. Pricing & Promotions
WeWash SF LLC maintains transparent pricing, with rates based on service type and vehicle size. Larger vehicles such as trucks, vans, and large SUVs incur higher charges. Prices may change without prior notice but will be confirmed before service, that is if misunderstanding occurs or if wrong service is booked. Promotional offers, including first-time discounts or membership pricing, are applied only if entered correctly at checkout. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to cancel bookings that misuse promo codes.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
You have up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time to cancel or reschedule without penalty. After this window, cancellations or reschedules will not be eligible for a refund or change. We have a zero-tolerance policy in place, so please plan accordingly.
In the event of heavy rain or conditions that prevent us from performing our services effectively, we will offer free rescheduling. This offer is available until the last minute, ensuring flexibility in case of unexpected weather changes.
8. Payment & Refund Policy
All payments are due at booking. We accept credit/debit cards and digital wallets. No refunds will be issued after a completed service unless the customer files a complaint within 48 hours with supporting evidence (photos, videos, etc.). If a resolution or refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days. Memberships are charged monthly and non-refundable once the first cleaning is delivered.
9. Dispute Resolution
All service-related disputes must be submitted by email to contact@wewashsf.com within 48 hours of service. By using our services, you agree to waive any class action rights and instead resolve disputes individually through:

Good faith mediation, followed by

Binding arbitration or small claims court located in San Francisco County, CA
You also agree that any claim must be filed within one (1) year of the service date.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, confirming, or receiving service from WeWash SF LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. A digital record of your acceptance is stored at time of booking. These terms are subject to change without notice and will always be available on our website or booking platform. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
